How is the application for change of BSP submitted?

To apply for change of BSP, an email must be sent to the relevant ancillary services mailbox (either fcr@svk.se , ffr@svk.se , afrr@svk.se , or mfrr@svk.se ) including the following information:

  • Case number (available in the prequalification decision) for the approved prequalification to which the change applies
  • Current BSP for the approved prequalification
  • New BSP intended to take over the approved prequalification
  • Any changes to the technical setup that may affect the delivery of the ancillary service due to the BSP change, such as control systems, regulation systems, metering equipment, or real-time communication links
  • Method for reporting real-time measurement data from the unit/group
  • Whether or not the new BSP has previously submitted bids for the relevant ancillary service in the applicable bidding zone

Note that the email to Svenska kraftnät regarding the switch must be sent by the current BSP, with a copy for information to the receiving BSP. The switch will only be processed once complete information has been received.
