Exemption for unreasonably burdensome adaptation
Svenska kraftnät invokes exemption for unreasonably burdensome adaptation of reports and other documents that are part of svk.se in accordance with section 12 of the Act on Accessibility to Digital Public Services.
The estimated workload and cost of adapting published reports and documents in PDF format for accessibility is high and we have assessed that adaptation in these parts is unreasonably burdensome for the authority at present.
We will explore how we can achieve adaptation in a way that is less burdensome for the authority. In the meantime, upon request, we will try to cater to anyone who wishes to have a document made accessible.
