Please follow the instruction to change or create a new password and make sure you follow the login credentials that are needed.
If you haven't registered a ticket to Alfresco Support and have a problem with SMS password/log in – please register a ticket in the Alfresco Support form (via link System support).
We are supporting the tickets in order

During Christmas and New Year, Alfresco support has limited opening hours:

23 Dec: Normal office hours 08.00-16.40 (GMT+1)

24-27 Dec: Limited support

30-31 Dec: Normal office hours 08.00-16.40 (GMT+1)

1-3 Jan: Limited support
