Must an actor be BRP in order to become a BSP?

Yes, in order to become a BSP, one must currently also be a BRP at the delivery point intended for providing ancillary services. Actors who do not hold the role of BRP at the delivery point cannot, as of today, deliver ancillary services from that point to Svenska kraftnät.
