Is it now possible to submit a bid other than through Ediel, or is something like that in the pipeline?

FCR bids are sent via Ediel. The FiftyWeb web interface complements this. However, FiftyWeb does not have 24/7 support if there is a problem, but it is possible to bid via this interface. Learn more about FiftyWeb. Read more in the Implementation guides. 

Today, aFRR bids can only be sent electronically. However, from 10 May 2022, it will be possible to submit bids both via ECP or to handle them manually via Excel/XML/manual input in Fifty Nordic MMS.

FFR bids are sent by email to Svenska kraftnät and are imported manually.

mFRR bids are currently sent via EDIEL. After the transition period autumn 2022, the market has switched to bidding in CIM format via ECP.
