How often is the frequency in the intervals in which FCR is activated?

Deviations from 50.0 Hz occur continuously within the frequency range 49.9 – 50.1 Hz. The system is in normal operating state within this frequency range and the FCR-N reserves are activated continuously.

If the frequency is below 49.9 Hz or above 50.1 Hz, the FCR-D reserves are activated.
