If an FFR resource has been prequalified where the requirements for the sampling time of active power have been fulfilled (100 ms), can you then increase the collection time to 1s during operation?

Active power must always be measured using a 100 ms sampling time, but data logging, such as frequency and active power, can take place per second, except when there is a disruption and the resource must be activated.

In the event of disruption, the data must be logged with a resolution of 100 ms. The disruption is defined from 10 seconds before the resource is to be activated and continues for 15 minutes from the time it is activated.
