Are FRR volumes expected to be affected by the 15-minute market transition?

Svenska kraftnät’s assessment is that the transition to a 15-minute settlement period will lead to improved system balance and, over time, reduce the need for FRR. Going forward, FRR will be dimensioned using a new methodology based on statistical imbalances and the largest contingency event.
