Can a resource increase its prequalified capacity?

If a provider wishes to increase the approved prequalified capacity of their resource, a new, complete prequalification application must be submitted. However, logged data from tests that do not relate to the increase can be reused, provided that this data is no more than 1 year old when the new application is submitted.

The same procedures and rules mentioned above apply if a provider wishes to decrease their already prequalified minimum capacity.
