Does the prequalification have to be carried out in the same physical location as the service will be provided from?

For ancillary services, the prequalification tests must be conducted at the physical location from which the resource will provide to ensure that the test conditions and the operating conditions are as similar as possible.

This is to minimise errors and interference from components that might be between the measurement point and the actual unit.
